Hotel Mar Monte

Hotel Mar Monte is across from Santa Barbara's East Beach and about a mile from Stearns Wharf and State Street shopping and dining. The Downtown-Waterfront shuttle stops in front of the hotel.

The entire hotel, including the grounds, is 100-percent non-smoking. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available in the lobby, restaurant, and meeting rooms. The hotel’s lounge hosts live entertainment Friday and Saturday evenings, with no cover charge. Valet and self-parking are complimentary.

Hotel Mar Monte offers a total of 173 guestrooms in four separate buildings. Guestrooms are available with views of the Pacific Ocean or Santa Ynez mountains. Some rooms have balconies. All feature premium mattresses, down duvets, plush robes, and conveniences such as microwaves, compact refrigerators, and high-speed Internet access. Coffeemakers brew certified-organic coffee.

The fully furnished Villas rooms, popular for extended stays, are located in a free-standing, five-unit apartment building two blocks from Hotel Mar Monte and two blocks from the beach. Guests of the Villas have use of all the amenities of Hotel Mar Monte.

All rooms are nonsmoking. Room size varies, but most are approximately 350 square feet.
